Our School Management

At Soroti Secondary School, our leadership is driven by a shared vision: to nurture responsible, innovative, and well-rounded learners who contribute positively to society. The school operates under a transparent and collaborative management structure led by the Headteacher, supported by Deputy Headteachers, Heads of Departments, and a dedicated School Management Committee. Headteacher: Provides strategic guidance and oversees all academic and administrative functions. Deputy Headteachers: Assist in managing academics and student welfare. School Management Committee: Comprises representatives from parents, community leaders, and education authorities to ensure participatory decision-making. Heads of Departments: Ensure effective teaching, curriculum delivery, and student performance tracking in their respective subjects.​
